Who we are

AIqSight is a service of QuikForge Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong, Business Registration BR 79555262, registered office Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong ("we", "us").

These terms apply when you use the free scanner on this website and when you order a service from us.

For businesses only

Our services are sold to businesses, not to consumers. By placing an order you confirm that you act for a business.

Because we do not sell to consumers, rules that protect individual shoppers, such as a cooling-off period, do not apply to our contracts.

What the free scan is

You type a website address. Our server fetches public pages of that website and computes two scores, Search SEO and AI Visibility, from our published rubric.

The scan reads what any visitor can read. It does not log in, submit forms or change anything on the site. It needs no account.

The free scan is a measurement, not advice written for your business. It is provided as it is, free of charge. We accept no liability for decisions you base on a free scan, except as the last sentence of the Liability section says.

What we sell

• Dual-Score Audit, one-off. A report with both scores, every finding with its evidence, and the ten fixes that recover the most score for the least effort.
• Fix and Verify, monthly. A monthly re-scan and report, fixes written by us each month, and each fix verified by a re-scan. An option where we apply the fixes ourselves is not available yet; we will say when it is.
• AI-Ready, one-off with a fixed scope. The work that makes a site readable and citable by AI assistants, as listed on the pricing page.
• Strategic Report, one-off. Where the demand is in your market, who wins it in Google and AI answers, and a 90-day plan.
• Market Watch, monthly. A letter each month on your market: who moved, and how often AI assistants name you.
• Bundles, one-off: Audit + Strategic Report, Audit + AI-Ready, or all three, at the bundle price.

What each tier includes and what it costs is on the pricing page and on your quote. An item marked "coming soon" is not part of what you buy until we tell you it is available. The price on your invoice is the one that applies.

What a score means

A score is a measurement at one point in time, computed from the rubric we publish at /rubric/. It shows how much of what the rubric checks your site does.

The two scores are never combined into one number. If a score was measured over less than 70% of its rubric weight, we withhold it rather than estimate it.

We do not promise rankings, traffic or revenue. Those depend on your competitors and on search engines and AI systems that nobody outside those companies controls.

Quotes

Before we show a price, we check that we can scan your site. If we cannot, we do not quote.

If one of the two scores would be withheld, the quote says so and states how much of the rubric we could measure. You confirm that you have read it before you pay.

Ordering and payment

You order on this website, from the quote page, once our scanner has reached your site. You pay online: by card, processed by Stripe, or by bank transfer to our account with Wise, quoting the reference on your invoice. The country where your company is registered, which you state at checkout, decides the currency: Hong Kong dollars for a company registered in Hong Kong, Singapore dollars for one registered in Singapore, and US dollars for one registered anywhere else.

The contract is formed when we receive your payment, and we issue an invoice for every payment. For a bank transfer, the invoice is issued with the order and is payable within 14 days; an order still unpaid after 14 days expires. Work starts once payment is received.

What you provide

• The correct website address.
• Confirmation that you have authority to have that site assessed and, where you ask us to, changed.
• For the option where we apply fixes ourselves: the access you choose to give us. Give us only what the work needs. You may revoke it at any time; we then stop applying fixes and send them to you to apply.

Fixes and verification

After a fix is applied, a re-scan checks that it landed and that nothing else broke.

Your content management system, plugins, host, or other people with access to the site can later undo a change. On Fix and Verify the next re-scan is how we catch that. We are not responsible for changes other people make.

The monthly tiers

Each monthly tier, Fix and Verify or Market Watch, runs month to month and renews automatically every month until you cancel. There is no minimum term.

Your anniversary is the day your first payment reaches us, and the month's work runs on it: the re-scan for Fix and Verify, the measurement behind the letter for Market Watch. If a month's payment reaches us after its due date, your anniversary moves to the day we receive it, and later months follow from that day. A month that is not paid by its due date gets no re-scan, no fixes and no letter.

Paying by card, you are charged automatically each month. Paying by bank transfer, we email the next month's invoice ten business days before it is due, with the same reference every month.

Cancel at any time from the billing link in our emails, or by writing to hello@aiqsight.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you have paid for, and nothing is charged after it. If a subscription stays unpaid for 3 months after a due date, we cancel it and delete your contact details, scan data and reports; invoices are kept as the privacy policy says. A month already paid for is not refunded, unless we cannot deliver that month's work, in which case we refund that month in full; see the refund policy.

Agency packs

An agency can buy a pack of credits, by card or bank transfer, in the currency of the country where your company is registered. No application is needed. An agency may also register an account, optionally, to keep its details and see its clients' reports. One credit is the Dual-Score Audit, the AI-Ready kit and the Strategic Report for one client website.

We deliver the reports to the agency, in its dashboard and by email, never to its client. The agency may pass them to the client whose website the credit covers, co-branded or under its own name (white label), for use in that client's business.

Credits expire 3 months after the day we receive payment for the pack (Hong Kong time).

A client's reports stay in the agency's dashboard for 90 days after the last of them is delivered, then leave it; we write to the account owner 14 days before.

Until you use the first credit, a pack is refunded as the refund policy says. Once you have used one credit, the pack is not refundable. Credits still unused when the pack expires are lost and are not refunded.

Partners and referrals

A partner code exists only after you register as a partner and we approve you. We may decline an application, and we may suspend a partner.

The rates below are our standard rates. If the email approving you states different rates, those apply to you. We may change your rates for the future by email with 30 days' notice. A change never affects commission already earned.

A referral partner earns 20% of the first payment a client it referred makes to us for a paid report, net of tax, once per client website. A website that has already bought from us earns nothing, and renewals and later orders earn nothing. A referral partner earns no discount.

A referral partner who introduces an agency earns 20% of every payment, net of tax, that the agency makes to us. The introduction counts when the agency enters the referral partner's code as it buys its first pack, or when we confirm it as we approve the agency as a partner. This applies to payments we receive from the agency's first paid invoice until the same day 3 calendar months later (Hong Kong time).

Commission is earned in the Hong Kong calendar month in which we receive the payment. On the first working day of the next month we issue a statement for each currency earned, and we pay it by the 10th (or the next working day) by bank transfer, in that currency, to the bank account you add in your partner sign-in after we approve you. Your bank's charges and any tax on your commission are yours. A statement waits while your bank details are incomplete, and we pay it once they are.

If we refund all or part of a payment that earned commission, the commission on the refunded amount, at the rate it was earned, is deducted from the partner's next statement in that currency. A negative balance is carried to later statements. We do not ask a partner to repay it, unless the refund resulted from the partner's fraud or a breach of this section.

A partner buying for its own client pays the partner price: 20% off each of its first 5 paid orders in a Hong Kong calendar month, and 25% off from the 6th paid order that month. Packs are sold at the pack price, not the partner price, and do not count toward the 5. The partner who buys at the partner price earns no commission on that order.

A partner earns nothing on a payment by itself, by a business it owns or controls, or for a website it owns or runs. A website means its host name, with or without www. If two partners refer the same website, the code used at checkout decides. A partner must not promise rankings, traffic or results, must not present itself as us, and must not send bulk email in our name. If a partner breaks this paragraph, we may suspend it and withhold commission on the payments concerned. Otherwise, commission earned before a suspension or before the partnership ends is still paid.

Using the free scanner fairly

The scanner has limits on how often it can be used. Do not try to get around them.

Do not use the scanner to overload or attack a website, and do not use it to reach private networks or addresses behind them. We refuse addresses that lead to private networks, and we may block use that breaks this section.

Who owns what

Your report is licensed to you for use in your business. You may share it with your staff, your developers and your advisers.

The fixes we write for your site are yours to use on that site.

The rubric, the scanner, our tooling and the report format remain ours.

Confidentiality

Client reports are private. We do not publish them, and we do not name you as a client without your permission.

The sample report at /sample/ is of our own site. A free scan measures public pages only; anyone may ask us to remove a scan result.

Liability

Our total liability for anything arising from a service is capped at what you paid us for it: for a one-off service or bundle, its price; for a monthly tier, what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

We are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic, or any indirect loss.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Hong Kong. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with a new date. An order is governed by the terms in force when we confirmed it.
