How do I contact AIqSight?

By email, at hello@aiqsight.com. One address handles orders, support, privacy requests and removal of a scan result. We answer in English. There is no phone line and no contact form: please write from your own email, so that you keep a copy of what you sent.

Who will I be writing to?

AIqSight is a service of QuikForge Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration Number 79555262, with its registered office at Unit 2A, 17/F, Glenealy Tower, No.1 Glenealy, Central, Hong Kong.

Specific requests

An order or a quote: start from the pricing page, which checks that we can scan your site first.
Removal of a scan result: write to us with the domain. Scan results are only kept for one hour in any case.
Your personal data: write to our Data Protection Officer at the same address.
