Singapore privacy notice
Last updated 10 September 2026
This notice adds what the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 requires. Everything else is in our main privacy policy, which stays in force.
Consent and purpose
You give us the details in an order request voluntarily, so that we can reply to you, quote, and contract with you. We use them for those purposes and for nothing else.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@aiqsight.com. We then stop using the data for those purposes, which may mean we cannot complete your order. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires.
Access and correction
You may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, and ask us to correct it. We answer as soon as reasonably possible, and within 30 days. If we need longer, we tell you within those 30 days when we will answer.
Transfers outside Singapore
Your data is processed on a server in Malaysia, and order emails pass through Brevo in the European Union. Under the Transfer Limitation Obligation, we make sure it keeps a standard of protection comparable to the Act, through the contractual terms of the providers that process it for us.
Data breaches
If a data breach occurs, we assess it promptly. Where the Act requires it, we notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and the individuals affected.
Data Protection Officer
We have designated a Data Protection Officer, reachable at hello@aiqsight.com.
Marketing email
We send a small number of emails to Singapore businesses about our service. Each one names us as the sender, gives our contact address and has an unsubscribe link. We act on an unsubscribe within 10 business days and keep the address on a list so it is never emailed again. We do not call, text or fax Singapore numbers for marketing, so the Do Not Call rules are not engaged.
Complaints
Please tell us first, at hello@aiqsight.com. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission, Singapore.
