Refund policy

How billing works

You pay on this website, by card through Stripe or by bank transfer through Wise, in Hong Kong dollars, Singapore dollars or US dollars. QuikForge Limited is the seller, issues every invoice and pays any refund itself.

One-off services

This covers every one-off service: any report, audit or strategic pack sold as a single purchase, not a subscription.

If we cannot deliver the report or the scope we quoted, or do not deliver it within the delivery time shown when you ordered, we refund you in full, with no fee. Our quote step checks that we can scan your site before any price is shown, so this should be rare.

Cancelling a one-off order

If you cancel for any other reason, before or after work has begun, we refund the amount paid less an administrative fee of 10%, which covers our overhead and the card or bank charges we cannot recover.

Orders placed before 11 September 2026 are refunded under the refund policy accepted at the time. Your invoice prints the policy that applies to your order.

After delivery

Once a report is delivered, you cannot cancel it for a refund.

If a finding in it is wrong, tell us. We correct it and send you a revised report at no extra cost. Nothing on this page limits a right you have by law.

Agency packs

An agency pack is a set of credits. One credit is the Dual-Score Audit, the AI-Ready kit and the Strategic Report for one client website. Credits expire 3 months after the day we receive payment for the pack (Hong Kong time).

Until you use the first credit, you can ask us to cancel the pack at any time before it expires. We then refund it as we refund a one-off order you cancel: the amount paid less the administrative fee of 10%.

Once you have used one credit, the pack is not refundable. Credits still unused when the pack expires are lost and are not refunded.

The monthly tiers

You can cancel Fix and Verify or Market Watch at any time, from the billing link in our emails or by writing to hello@aiqsight.com. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, unless we cannot deliver that month's work, in which case we refund that month in full. Nothing is charged after you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How a refund is paid

In the currency you were charged: back to the card for a card payment, and by bank transfer for a bank transfer. We answer a refund request within 5 working days and pay an agreed refund within 7 days. We email you a credit note for every refund.
