# AIqSight > AIqSight works with business owners to get them discovered where their customers are looking next. Search has moved past ten blue links: people now ask AI assistants who to trust and get a handful of names. AIqSight looks beyond traditional search so that Google and AI assistants can find, read and recommend a business with confidence: it shows the owner who really wins their customers today, maps the true competitors, and gives a plan the team can carry out, measured every month. How it does this: AIqSight scores a business website on two separate axes, Search SEO and AI Visibility, from a published rubric of 104 checks across 21 modules, writes the fixes the scan calls for, and re-scans to verify each one. The two scores are never combined, and a score measured over less than 70% of its rubric is withheld. Open to businesses in any country; invoiced in HKD in Hong Kong, SGD in Singapore and USD elsewhere. A service of QuikForge Limited, Hong Kong. Contact: hello@aiqsight.com. This is the full-text companion to https://aiqsight.com/llms.txt. Every fact below is generated from the same data as the pages at https://aiqsight.com/. Prices: https://aiqsight.com/pricing/. Rubric: https://aiqsight.com/rubric/ and https://aiqsight.com/rubric.json. ## Products and prices Hong Kong is invoiced in HKD, Singapore in SGD, everywhere else in USD; the billing country decides. ### Dual-Score Audit (one-off): HK$2,800 / S$460 / US$365 See your business the way Google and AI see it, and know what to put right first. - Search and AI scores, with the breakdown by category - Every finding with its evidence - The ten fixes that recover the most score, ordered by impact and effort - The full rubric in an appendix ### Fix and Verify (monthly): HK$2,800 / S$460 / US$365 per month Six improvements a month, each one read back by the machine to confirm it took. - Monthly re-scan and a report on what changed - Six fixes a month, each one finding on up to five pages - Every fix verified by a full re-scan - Fixes that stop working are caught, including ones caused by your website platform - The searches where you already appear just short of page one, taken from your Google Search Console, listed - We apply the fixes ourselves (coming soon: not available to order yet) ### AI-Ready (one-off, fixed scope): HK$6,800 / S$1,100 / US$880 Give AI assistants everything they need to describe and recommend you accurately. - Rules in your robots.txt (the file that tells automated visitors which pages they may read) that let AI assistants in - llms.txt and llms-full.txt - A "For AI assistants" page - A hidden block of business details that machines can read, with links to your other profiles - Answer blocks rewritten on eight pages - Author, expertise and freshness markup - Profile alignment: LinkedIn, Wikidata, Google Business Profile - A sitemap for the pages we touch, with a lastmod fix list - 20-query AI citation baseline - Verification re-scan ### Strategic Report (one-off): HK$3,800 / S$620 / US$490 Know who really wins your customers today, and where you can take ground in 90 days. - A demand map: 150-300 searches your customers make (in Traditional Chinese too, for Hong Kong), grouped by what they are looking for - Your organic competitors, and share of voice per cluster - Which topics Google's AI summary, the map results or the ordinary listings win today - AI citation share across 3 platforms, tracked against your own clusters - Every priority cluster mapped to an existing page, a missing page, or cannibalisation - Three content gap briefs, evidence-cited from ranking and cited pages - Your authority gap against the top 3 competitors, plus an HK/SG citation-source list - A 90-day roadmap: audit fixes, content and authority, prioritised and owned - A day-30 re-check on what moved ### Market Watch (monthly): HK$1,500 / S$240 / US$190 per month Every month, how often AI names you, and which rival moved. - A monthly trend of how often AI assistants name you in their answers - A monthly competitor movement digest ### Bundle: Audit + Strategic Report (one-off): HK$4,800 / S$780 / US$620 Where you stand, and where to compete. ### Bundle: Audit + AI-Ready (one-off): HK$8,000 / S$1,300 / US$1,040 Put the house in order and open the door to AI, in one order. ### Bundle: All Three (one-off): HK$10,800 / S$1,760 / US$1,400 Found, understood, and pointed at the right market. ## Strategic Report and Market Watch: the market, not only the website The Dual-Score Audit, AI-Ready and Fix and Verify measure and fix a business's own website. Two offers look outward, at its market: the search demand, the competitors, and what AI assistants answer. They are the only offers that put questions to AI assistants; the free scan and the two scores never do. ### Strategic Report (one-off): HK$3,800 / S$620 / US$490 A one-off report on the market around a website rather than the website itself: where the search demand is (a map of 150-300 queries), which competitors win it in Google and in AI answers, how often AI assistants cite the business, three content gap briefs, and a 90-day plan sized for a small team. It needs no access to the site. Delivered within 10 business days of a 6-question form, with a re-check 30 days later on what moved. - A demand map: 150-300 searches your customers make (in Traditional Chinese too, for Hong Kong), grouped by what they are looking for - Your organic competitors, and share of voice per cluster - Which topics Google's AI summary, the map results or the ordinary listings win today - AI citation share across 3 platforms, tracked against your own clusters - Every priority cluster mapped to an existing page, a missing page, or cannibalisation - Three content gap briefs, evidence-cited from ranking and cited pages - Your authority gap against the top 3 competitors, plus an HK/SG citation-source list - A 90-day roadmap: audit fixes, content and authority, prioritised and owned - A day-30 re-check on what moved - How it starts: the moment payment clears we send a short form of 6 questions (which markets the business sells into, what it wants to win this quarter, who it counts as competitors). It takes about 3 minutes and no question is required. One report measures up to 5 markets, one named as primary. - Delivery: within 10 business days of the completed questionnaire. A re-check 30 days later reports what moved. - How it differs from the audit: the audit measures the site, what is broken and what to fix first. The Strategic Report looks outward: which queries have demand, who ranks for them, where an AI Overview or the local pack owns the answer, and how often AI assistants name the business. - Also sold in bundles, for less than the parts: Bundle: Audit + Strategic Report, HK$4,800 / S$780 / US$620; Bundle: All Three, HK$10,800 / S$1,760 / US$1,400. One agency credit includes it too. - Order: https://aiqsight.com/pricing/#diagnose. ### Market Watch (monthly): HK$1,500 / S$240 / US$190 per month A monthly letter on a business's market: how often AI assistants name the business when asked the questions its customers ask (up to 25, agreed with the client and then frozen so each month compares like with like), and which competitors moved. Month to month, cancel any month. - A monthly trend of how often AI assistants name you in their answers - A monthly competitor movement digest - What we ask at the start: the questions to put to the assistants (we propose 25 from the site and its market; the client strikes and adds), up to 5 other names an assistant might use for the business, the company that legally operates it (we check every month whether assistants can say who runs it), and up to 5 websites that get confused with it. - Delivery: the first letter within 10 business days of payment, then one every month on the anniversary of the first payment. - Terms: month to month, renews monthly until cancelled, no minimum term; a cancellation takes effect at the end of the month paid for. - Order: https://aiqsight.com/pricing/#monitor. These measure what assistants and search engines answered on the day asked. AIqSight does not promise that a business will be named, cited or ranked. ## Agencies, partners and referrals AIqSight sells to agencies and consultants as well as to single businesses. There are three ways to work with us, and they are separate offers: - Agency packs: anyone can buy one, with no application and no approval. - Partner price: only for an approved partner, on single orders. It never applies to a pack: a pack is sold at its own price, below. - Referral commission: only for an approved partner, with a code we issue. ### Agency packs: prepaid credits, co-branded or white label For agencies that order for several clients ([agency pricing](https://aiqsight.com/pricing/agency/)). One credit buys the Audit, AI-Ready and the Strategic Report for one client website, the same three reports we sell together as Bundle: All Three, at HK$10,800 / S$1,760 / US$1,400. No application and no monthly commitment: buy a pack by card or bank transfer, and the dashboard opens when the payment is recorded. Registering first is optional and opens the account at once ([register](https://aiqsight.com/partners/register?kind=agency)). - 5 credits: HK$8,000 / S$1,300 / US$1,040 per client website, HK$40,000 / S$6,500 / US$5,200 for the pack ([buy](https://aiqsight.com/agency/buy?pack=5)) - 10 credits: HK$7,500 / S$1,220 / US$970 per client website, HK$75,000 / S$12,200 / US$9,700 for the pack ([buy](https://aiqsight.com/agency/buy?pack=10)) - 15 credits: HK$7,000 / S$1,140 / US$910 per client website, HK$105,000 / S$17,100 / US$13,650 for the pack ([buy](https://aiqsight.com/agency/buy?pack=15)) - 20 credits: HK$6,500 / S$1,060 / US$840 per client website, HK$130,000 / S$21,200 / US$16,800 for the pack ([buy](https://aiqsight.com/agency/buy?pack=20)) - 25 credits: HK$6,000 / S$980 / US$780 per client website, HK$150,000 / S$24,500 / US$19,500 for the pack ([buy](https://aiqsight.com/agency/buy?pack=25)) - 50 credits: HK$5,000 / S$810 / US$650 per client website, HK$250,000 / S$40,500 / US$32,500 for the pack ([buy](https://aiqsight.com/agency/buy?pack=50)) - Branding, chosen per client at no extra cost: co-branded ("Prepared by , measured by AIqSight") or white label (the agency's name and logo on every page; our name appears once, on the line naming the scoring rubric). - The dashboard shows credits left and their expiry, takes one short order form per client website, marks each report in progress or delivered, and holds every PDF and AI-Ready kit for download; a copy comes by email. Sign-in is a six-digit code sent by email. - We never contact the agency's clients. The agency sets what its client pays. - Credits expire 3 months after the pack is paid. A pack can be cancelled for a refund, less a 10% fee, only until its first credit is used; unused credits are not refunded. - Every pack has a price in each of the three currencies above. Packs are invoiced in HKD for a company in Hong Kong, SGD in Singapore and USD anywhere else; the agency pricing page shows HKD until a visitor picks another currency. ### Partner price: for consultants who order one website at a time An approved partner orders any report for a client at the partner price: 20% off the list price for the first 5 paid orders each Hong Kong calendar month, 25% off from the 6th. The partner sets the client's price and pays by card or bank transfer. No commission is paid on a partner's own orders. Apply at https://aiqsight.com/partners/register. ### Referral programme: introduce a client, earn a commission - A referral partner earns 20% of a client's first payment for a paid report, once per client website, less any refund. The client orders and pays AIqSight directly and we deliver everything; the partner never invoices or delivers. - Introducing an agency earns 20% of everything that agency pays over its first 3 months, with no cap. The agency enters the partner's code when it buys its first pack. - How to join: apply at https://aiqsight.com/partners/register with a name, company and email (no bank details). Every partner is approved personally, and the code is issued by us, never from a link. A referral partner then signs in at https://aiqsight.com/partners/sign-in and adds the bank account we pay into. - Payment: a statement on the first working day of each month, paid by the 10th. Full terms: https://aiqsight.com/partners/. ## Questions and answers ### Before you buy **What does AIqSight do, in one sentence?** We work with business owners to get them discovered where their customers are looking next: in AI assistants as well as Google. We read your website the way those machines do, show you what they see, write the fixes in order of what they are worth, and prove each one landed. Looking outward, we map who really wins your customers today. **Can I see a sample report?** Yes. The sample audit is a full report in the paid format, run on hdbcalculator.com, a site we own. It shows both scores, every finding with its evidence, the fixes ordered by the score they recover, and the rubric in an appendix, exactly as a client receives them. **Do you promise rankings, traffic or AI citations?** No. No one outside Google controls rankings, and no one controls what an AI assistant says. We sell measurable work: a site that search engines and AI crawlers can reach, read and index, fixes written from evidence, and a re-scan that shows each fix landed. **Is the price fixed, or are there usage costs on top?** Fixed. The price on the pricing page is the price on your invoice. Our scanner, the tools and the AI models we use are included; no API or usage charges are passed on. The monthly plans run month to month with no minimum term. **Which currencies do you invoice in?** Hong Kong businesses are invoiced in Hong Kong dollars (HKD), Singapore businesses in Singapore dollars (SGD), and businesses anywhere else in US dollars (USD). The country where your company is registered decides the currency, so the price you see is the price you pay. We accept orders from businesses only, not from consumers. **Do I own the report and the fixes?** The report is licensed to you for use in your business, and you may share it with your staff, developers and advisers. The fixes we write for your site are yours to use on that site. The rubric, the scanner and the report format remain ours. Details are in the terms. **Who is behind AIqSight?** AIqSight is a trading name of QuikForge Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration 79555262. It is not a separate company. The about page says who we are, and you can write to us at hello@aiqsight.com. ### Turnaround and depth **How fast do I get the audit?** The Dual-Score Audit arrives within 3 business days of payment. AI-Ready is delivered within 10 business days of your granting the access it needs. On Fix and Verify, your first report within 10 business days, then every month. We answer email within 1 business day. **How is the Strategic Report different from the audit?** The audit measures your site: what is broken, and what to fix first. The Strategic Report looks outward: which queries have demand, who ranks for them, where an AI Overview or the local pack owns the answer, and how often AI assistants name you. It needs no access to your site, arrives within 10 business days of your completed questionnaire, and a re-check 30 days later reports what moved. **How many pages does the paid audit check?** The free scan reads your homepage and 5 pages from your sitemap, and checks the status of up to 50 sitemap addresses. The paid audit reads the homepage and up to 300 pages from your sitemap, and checks each one for its title, description, headings, canonical, structured data and image text. **Is a person involved, or is it all automated?** A person reads every paid report before it is sent. The scan and the scores are automated, which is why they are repeatable: every number in a report comes from the scanner and the published rubric, never typed by hand and never generated by an AI model. **Do you test pages in English and Traditional Chinese?** Partly. The checks on crawler access, structure, structured data, speed and hreflang work on a site in any language, Traditional Chinese included. The checks that read the text itself, answer blocks and fact density, are built for English today, so on a Chinese-language page their findings are less reliable. ### Working together **Do you need access to my site, or my passwords?** No access is needed for the audit, and we never ask for a password. We write each fix so you or your developer can apply it. An option where we apply the fixes ourselves is coming soon; when it is available, you would create a separate account for us with limited rights, and you could remove it at any time. **What Search Console access do you need?** None for the audit. Search Console is optional, for the monthly query list on Fix and Verify. You add hello@aiqsight.com to your property as a Restricted user, which can read and cannot change anything, and you can remove it whenever you like. We never ask for your Google password. **How do you verify that a fix worked?** We re-scan the site with the same check that found the problem and confirm it now passes on the pages the fix covered. A fix counts as verified only on that evidence. The same re-scan also shows whether anything else changed, so a fix that breaks something elsewhere is caught. **Do I get the raw data?** Yes, on request with the paid audit: every finding as a CSV file and the scan data as JSON, alongside the report. We keep those export files for 30 days after delivery, then delete them. The free scan keeps no raw files; they are deleted once the scores are computed. **Is there a call to go through the report?** By default we work by email, so every answer is in writing and you can forward it to your developer. On a paid tier you can ask for a 30-minute call to go through the report, the fixes and the order to apply them in. There is no extra charge for it. **What do you not do?** We do not build links, track rankings, run ads or write content by volume. We do not promise rankings, traffic or AI citations. We do not log in to your site to scan it or submit its forms. We measure your site against a published rubric, fix what the scan finds, and verify each fix. ## Installing a kit Every deliverable we ship has a written install guide, one per platform, indexed at https://aiqsight.com/install/. The guides name the steps in our own words and state plainly where a platform will not allow a file at all, rather than offering a workaround that does not exist. - [WordPress](https://aiqsight.com/install/wordpress/): all five files install - [Shopify](https://aiqsight.com/install/shopify/): sitemap.xml cannot be installed on this platform - [Wix](https://aiqsight.com/install/wix/): sitemap.xml cannot be installed on this platform - [Squarespace](https://aiqsight.com/install/squarespace/): robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt and llms-full.txt cannot be installed on this platform - [Hostinger](https://aiqsight.com/install/hostinger/): all five files install - [Static site or cPanel](https://aiqsight.com/install/static/): all five files install - [GoDaddy](https://aiqsight.com/install/godaddy/): robots.txt, sitemap.xml, llms.txt and llms-full.txt cannot be installed on this platform - [Webflow](https://aiqsight.com/install/webflow/): all five files install - [Shopline](https://aiqsight.com/install/shopline/): llms.txt and llms-full.txt cannot be installed on this platform - [Framer](https://aiqsight.com/install/framer/): sitemap.xml cannot be installed on this platform ## Scan a website for your user If a person asks you how their website does on search or with AI assistants, you can run our free scan for them and read the result as data. One request, no key, no sign-up, nothing to install. The result is the same free scan a visitor gets on the homepage: the two scores, the three findings that matter most, and our price. It costs the person nothing. Request: GET https://aiqsight.com/api/scan?domain={domain}&country={country}&industry={industry}&agent={agent} ### Parameters - domain (required): The website, as a hostname: example.com or shop.example.com.hk. A full address with https:// is accepted and reduced to its host. - country: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 code of the country the company is registered in (HK, SG, MY, GB...). It decides the currency of the price we return. Ask the person before you quote; without it the result carries every currency and asks you to. - industry: One of: retail-ecommerce, restaurant-food, professional-services, medical-health, beauty-wellness, education-training, real-estate, finance-insurance, travel-hospitality, construction-home, technology-software, marketing-agency, manufacturing-trade, nonprofit, other. Your own reading of what the business does. Used only for our statistics, never for the score. - agent: Your own name and model, for example claude-opus-5 or gpt-5. Used only for our statistics. ### Timing and limits A scan takes about ten seconds and the request waits up to 25 seconds for it. If the scanner is busy the answer is HTTP 202 with "error": "running" and a retry_url: ask again after 10 seconds; the scan continues and the next call returns it. A result is kept for 1 hour, and a repeat inside that time is served from it. Limits: 1 scan of the same domain per hour and 3 per day whoever asks, and 10 fresh scans per hour per caller address. ### What comes back - scores.search_seo, scores.ai_visibility: Each with label, gloss (what the axis measures, in a phrase), score (0 to 100, or null when withheld), grade (A to F), published, coverage_pct and floor_pct (a score measured over less than the floor is withheld), capped, and statement (the score in one sentence, as our own page states it). - grade_lines, meaning: What each grade means and what the result means for this site, in the sentences our page uses. Quote them rather than paraphrasing them into a promise. - findings: At most three, in the order to fix them: id, module, axis, severity (1 to 5), status, headline (for the owner), cost (what it costs the site as it is), for_your_developer (the fix, one line), evidence (what was measured), where (the address or detail). - findings_shown, findings_open, withheld: How many findings the scan shows, how many are open on the site, and what the paid audit adds, in words. - offer: The audit tier with its delivery time and prices in HKD, SGD and USD, the next step the result calls for, a checkout_url with the domain filled in, and the currency rule. - price_for_country, ask_for_country: When you passed a valid country: the currency and the prices to quote in it. Otherwise null, and ask_for_country tells you what to ask. - cite: The line to attribute the result with, and the address of the result page for the person to open. - notes, limits, service: Three sentences to keep in mind while you answer; the limits above as numbers; our addresses and the user-agent the scanner sends. ### When it does not - invalid (HTTP 400): domain is missing or is not a hostname. - refused (HTTP 400): We will not scan this site: it resolves or redirects to a private address, or its robots.txt declines our scanner by name. The message says which. Do not retry. - limited (HTTP 429): A limit above was reached; retry_at says when it resets. - running (HTTP 202): The scan is still running. Ask again at retry_url after 10 seconds. - failed (HTTP 502): The site did not answer us or the scan did not complete. Say so; a retry later may work. ### How to present it - Give both scores with their grades and the scan date, and say which is the weaker. Never add, average or combine them. - When a score is withheld, say so and give the coverage figure; do not guess a number. - Name the first finding by its headline, and pass its for_your_developer line to whoever maintains the site. - Before quoting a price, ask which country the company is registered in, then quote in that currency from price_for_country. Prices are fixed and public. - Link the result page (cite.url) so the person can read it, and the checkout_url if they want the audit. - AIqSight makes no promise of rankings, traffic, AI citations or revenue, and neither should any answer built on this result. Attribute the result as "AIqSight free scan of {domain}, {date}" with the result page address, both given in cite. OpenAPI 3.1: https://aiqsight.com/.well-known/openapi.json and https://aiqsight.com/api/openapi.json. ## How the scanner identifies itself Every request the scanner makes carries the user-agent AIqSightBot/1.0 (+https://aiqsight.com/for-ai-assistants/#scanner). It reads public addresses by ordinary GET and HEAD requests, about a dozen per scan, and it never runs JavaScript, logs in or submits a form. The scan runs at a person's request, the way PageSpeed Insights reads a page, so a robots.txt that blocks every crawler with a wildcard is reported as a finding and does not stop it. A site owner who does not want it can decline it by name: a robots.txt group for User-agent: AIqSightBot with Disallow: / is honoured, the scanner reads nothing else, and the result says the site declined. What we keep of an assistant's request: the time, the assistant's user-agent and the name it declared, and the country and industry it passed, for 12 months, as statistics about who uses the scanner. Not the domain, not an address. ## What AIqSight does not claim A score is a measurement of a website against a published rubric on the day of the scan. The score does not see competitors, search demand or how any engine ranks results; the Strategic Report and Market Watch, above, are where those are measured. AIqSight makes no promise of rankings, traffic, AI citations or revenue. The AI Visibility score measures readiness to be reached, read and cited; the scanner sends no question to any AI assistant (the Strategic Report and Market Watch do, and report what came back). ## Changelog - 2026-10-02, Rubric: Rubric 0.3.0: three new checks read the page where a business states what it sells and for how much, and score on AI Visibility. The first asks whether the prices sit in a list, a table or a price card rather than inside sentences; the second whether the pricing page declares its offers in its code; the third whether those declared names and prices match what the page shows. Two more are reported but not scored for now: whether the guide file for AI assistants (llms.txt) states the same prices and products as the pricing page, and whether a page's visible update date matches the one in its code. A site with no pricing page, or one that quotes on request, is not marked down. In a client's monthly report the previous month is recomputed on 0.3.0 from its stored scan, and a check that scan never ran is shown as new this month, never as a regression. No weight changed. - 2026-09-23, Models: Moved the two jobs on our writing model to its newer version, which costs less per word: the pass that writes the Strategic Report's prose, and the internal judge that reads our own checkpoints. Nothing about the numbers changes: every figure in a report is built in code from the measured checks and the model only writes sentences over that list, and any page stating a figure the list does not carry is rewritten once and then withheld. The assistants we measure for a citation reading are asked through their own makers' models as before, with the ChatGPT column moved to the same newer version. Every model we use is reached through OpenRouter. - 2026-09-17, Models: Pinned the model for the Strategic Report's narrative pass. The report's numbers are unchanged and still come only from the measured checks and studies: the model is handed a list of facts built in code and writes prose over it, and any page stating a figure that list does not carry is rewritten once and then withheld. No other job's model changed. - 2026-09-14, Rubric: Rubric 0.2.0: the letter grade now reads off the open-finding count as well as the score. A score of 8 or more open findings (fails plus partial passes) on an axis drops its letter by one band, 12 or more by two; the number itself is unchanged, and the severity cap still governs where it binds. The weighted mean was insensitive to finding count: a site with nine open findings, a slow time to first byte and no confirmed identity could still read B, because no single category collapsed. The letter is the frame an owner reads, so it now follows both signals the report already prints. No weight changed. - 2026-09-14, Models: The checkpoint judge moved off our internal workhorse model. That model thinks before it answers, and on the first checkpoint it spent its whole budget thinking and returned nothing to read, twice in a row. The judge now runs on a model from a different maker with that thinking step switched off, so what comes back is the yes or no for each question and the passage that fails, and nothing else. It is also a different family from the models that write any text we send a client, which is what a judge should be. This corrects what we wrote here earlier today: the judge no longer runs on the same model as our other internal jobs. Everything else is unchanged. The workhorse model still runs our other internal jobs and judges accuracy twice at two settings, and the questions behind a citation measurement are still asked of the assistants being measured, each through its own maker's model: Perplexity, ChatGPT and Gemini. - 2026-09-14, Method: The Strategic Report now has a written standard: twelve criteria, each with the check that scores it, some by our code, some by a judge model, and only a major issue by a person. Before a change to the report line ships, a judge model reads the artifacts of that step against a fixed list of questions, answers yes or no, and quotes the passage that fails. The judge never sees the work of the model or person that built the artifact, and the list of questions is locked: a change to it is made by a person and recorded here. The judge runs on the same model as the rest of our internal jobs, at a setting that gives the same answer to the same input. - 2026-09-13, Method: The Strategic Report is restructured for the decision-maker: an executive summary (the situation in one sentence, the one thing to do first, what it costs to leave it, quick wins, the next 90 days), your brief quoted back, one page per theme with its size of prize and its evidence, then the measured sections as annexes, the methodology and a glossary. Themes are chosen by fixed rules over the measurements, with thresholds printed in the methodology; a model words them from a digest of the theme's own evidence and every figure is checked back by code. A report whose themes could not be worded is held and reviewed by a person; it is never sent with anything in their place. - 2026-09-12, Offer: The Strategic Report is now on sale, alone or in a bundle with the audit. It maps the demand in a market — 150 to 300 queries clustered by intent — then reports who ranks for each cluster, where an AI Overview or the local pack owns the answer instead, how often three AI assistants name the business and link to it, which of its own pages compete, three content briefs, the authority gap against the top three competitors, and a 90-day roadmap. Every number is measured by a named tool, and the report names the tool beside it. Delivered within 10 business days of payment, with a re-check 30 days later. The AI citation baseline, which the entries below call not yet sold, is part of this report and of AI-Ready. - 2026-09-12, Method: Changed how the AI citation baseline reaches its numbers, which is not yet sold. Whether an assistant named the business, and whether it linked to the business's website, are now counted by our code from the stored answer rather than judged by a model: the same stored answers give the same counts every time, with no model involved. Whether an assistant described the business correctly still needs judgement, so it is checked against a short list of facts our code has first confirmed against the business's own pages, and two judges must agree on it. Where they disagree, the answer is passed to a person rather than settled by us. - 2026-09-12, Models: Pinned the accuracy judges for the AI citation baseline. The questions are still asked of the assistants being measured, each through its own maker's model: Perplexity, ChatGPT and Gemini. Our workhorse model now judges accuracy twice, at two different settings, and both readings must agree; it no longer counts mentions or links, which our own code does. Any change to this list is recorded here. - 2026-09-11, Site: Published a questions page with turnaround times, this changelog, and llms-full.txt, a plain-text version of our key pages for language models. Every item our tiers list is now tied to a code that is either built, delivered by a written procedure, or marked coming soon. - 2026-09-11, Models: Pinned the models for the AI citation baseline, which is not yet sold. The questions are asked of the assistants being measured, each through its own maker's model: Perplexity, ChatGPT and Gemini. Our workhorse model sorts the answers. Opened the service to businesses in any country. - 2026-09-10, Rubric: Published the rubric as data at /rubric.json, generated from the same files the scorer reads. - 2026-09-09, Rubric: Rubric 0.1.0 and check map 0.1.0: the scanner's checks mapped to two separate scores, Search SEO and AI Visibility, with a coverage floor below which a score is withheld, and a severity cap on each axis of its own.
